First call to final round. One window.
Rounds is a native Mac app that keeps the interviews, the people and your notes together. Free, private, and yours.

The whole search, at a glance.
One dense, quiet table: the companies, their rounds, the people you met, and how far each has moved toward an offer.
-
Round notes that know the round
Prep before, debrief after, in a window sized to sit beside the call and already filled in with the company, the round and who you’re meeting. Rich text, so it reads as a record in week six, not a scrap.
-
The board
The companies you’re talking to, on one screen: Applied, Screening, Interviewing, Offer, and the honest ones like Ghosted. Columns hide, resize and sort the way Finder taught you.
-
Rounds, not rows
Applied, then a round at a time, through to Offer. Recruiter screen, take-home, panel, final: each one a record with its own date, people and notes, and the sidebar grows a Round 8 row the day your search does.
-
The people, where you met them
Recruiter, hiring manager, panellists: named on the round you met them in, so the name comes back before the callback does.
-
Paste the link, get the record
Drop a posting URL in and Rounds fills the company, role, location and salary range, then archives the posting itself. When the listing vanishes mid-process, your copy is still there.
Closed roles grey out and stay; nothing is deleted behind your back. And the link parsing reads the page’s own structured data. No AI involved.
Built for the Mac, not ported to it.
SwiftUI and SwiftData, with a hand-built design system. Edits land in place with no edit mode, Undo works, and it follows your appearance and Reduce Motion settings.

It never leaves your Mac.
Salary expectations, the real reason you’re leaving, what you honestly thought of the panel. All of it stays on your Mac: no account, no sync, no telemetry, and the only requests are the ones you start.
-
No account
Nothing to sign up for, nothing to verify. Open the app and start typing.
-
No telemetry
No analytics, no crash reporting, no phoning home. What you type in Rounds is not observed by anyone.
-
Fetches you ask for
Paste a link and Rounds fetches that posting, from the site that posted it, and keeps nothing but the text you chose to archive. Logos come from the employer’s own site, never a logo service.
Keep your search moving.
Rounds is in development and close. It will be free, with no account and no upsell.
