Refer a Friend
Rebuilt the referral experience and campaign tools in ten weeks. Weekly US invites were more than 4.5% above control.
Factor Plus
Customers offered Factor+ placed 30.5% more orders than control in the group with 2–10 previous boxes. Predicted net value over 52 weeks was 12.6% higher.
Recipe Share
Made the case for, then shipped, an entirely new acquisition channel. About 3,750 shares a week, and 98% of the people using it had never sent a referral invite.
Playoff experience
Drove a 43% spike in users and took the app to #1 among sports apps in Canada.
App redesign
Rebuilt core flows inside CMS constraints. Schedule discoverability up 20.6%, highlight content up 24.8%.
